Desmond Lomax: Authentic connection begins within
Grounding yourself in moments of tension can transform how you show up in conflict, relationships, and community
We’re honored to welcome Desmond Lomax to REPAIR this October.
Desmond is a licensed clinical mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience in public safety, with a strong focus on mental health and criminal justice reform. For the last decade he’s worked with the Arbinger Institute and most recently joined Jim Ferrell’s new organization Withiii. Drawing on both his professional expertise and personal story, he brings a rare depth of compassion and clarity to the work of conflict transformation.
At REPAIR, Desmond will lead a powerful workshop, two times, titled: “Getting Ready: How to Engage Conflict within Yourself with Purpose & Authenticity.” Before we can navigate conflict with others, we must first learn to meet it within ourselves.
